Loeb Smith names Ivy Wong as senior legal director for its corporate practice in Hong Kong, strengthening its services for clients in this sector.

Wong’s expertise includes advising multinational corporations, conglomerates, financial institutions and high net-worth individuals in multiple jurisdictions. Her practice areas include cross-border corporate work, capital markets, corporate finance, M&A, investments and restructuring, compliance and general commercial work.
