Hong Kong law firm Eric Chow & Co in Association with Commerce & Finance Law Offices, has bolstered its litigation practice by adding Christy Leung as a partner. Leung joins from Winston & Strawn where she was a partner for more than a year.
Leung has extensive experience handling contentious regulatory matters and complex commercial disputes in the financial services sector. She has represented PRC banks, financial institutions, listed companies, licensed corporations and individuals in regulatory proceedings brought by Hong Kong’s regulatory and law enforcement agencies.
She has handled disputes involving the Securities and Futures Ordinance, the Securities and Futures Commission, Hong Kong Monetary Authority codes and guidelines, the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and anti-money laundering cases.
