Wang Jing & GH Law Firm recruits Li Qian as the Shenzhen office director and head of the dispute resolution practice to bolster the firm’s business in this field.

Li, formerly a TianTong Law Firm partner, has been in practice for 10 years. Specialising in finance and investment, she focuses on conducting risk assessments for contracts to prevent future disputes and advises on risk management.

Before joining Wang Jing & GH, she had worked in TianTong’s Beijing and Shenzhen offices where she represented clients in commercial cases at the Supreme People’s Court, high courts and arbitration centres.

One of her cases was among the China Business Law Journal’s Deals of the Year 2022, in which she advised Vanke on a contract dispute with Jinhui Group and Qiu Jinbiao.

The death of TianTong founder Jiang Yong has led to several partners leaving for other firms such as Hui Zhong Law Firm, Han Kun Law Offices, Global Law Office and JunHe.
