Li Jing has joined Han Kun Law Firm as a Beijing-headquartered partner specialising in private equity and M&A deals.
Previously, she was a partner at Lang Yue Law Firm, where she was involved in the establishment of the firm’s joint operation with Allen & Overy. She has also served as a Beijing-based partner at Kirkland & Ellis.
Li is qualified to practice law in both China and New York state, focusing on advising investors and private equity clients on complex China-related transactions, such as M&A, divestitures, buyouts, bankruptcy restructurings, and joint ventures.
