The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), has delegated over 175 new generic top level domains (gTLDs) in the past six months and over 1,000 new gTLDs are expected to be launched in the coming 12 to 18 months.
This recent launch of new gTLDs has created a host of opportunities for businesses looking to register their brands and position themselves in the appropriate sector.
