Kshama Loya has joined as a partner in Dentons Link Legal’s Mumbai office, specialising in dispute resolution.
Loya is a dual qualified lawyer in India, and England and Wales.
She has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in complex disputes in areas such as commercial and investor-state arbitration, arbitration litigation, contractual disputes, as well as commercial, civil, and criminal litigations. She has also served as lead counsel before arbitral tribunals and courts.
Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, Loya worked at Nishith Desai Associates, Trilegal, ALMT Legal, Baker Botts LLP in London, and collaborated with the late Professor Martin Hunter in London. Her legal career commenced in the chambers of Justice Sanjay Vijaykumar Gangapurwala, chief justice of the Madras high court in 2009.
