Kiran Prince, previously at KKR India Asset Finance, has joined Welspun One Logistics Parks as its legal head.
Prince has more than 15 years of legal expertise covering financial services, real estate, projects and investments. Prior to heading the legal department at KKR, he worked at TT&A, Altico Capital and ICICI Bank.
“As head of legal functions, my primary role is to support the MD and the platform’s leadership in their vision by delivering sound strategic advice, be the gatekeeper for all legal and regulatory matters pertaining to the fund and protect the fund and its investors’ interests,” he said.
Welspun One is an integrated fund, development and asset management platform and an important player in the logistics, supply chain and industrial infrastructure space.
