Kay Legal and Associates has hired Janhvi Pradhan as a salaried corporate partner in the firm’s Mumbai office.
Pradhan will work under Kay’s founding partner, Shivani Shah, and has 14 years of experience working in structured M&A, and advising joint ventures in the project finance, e-commerce and technology spaces. Pradhan specializes in managing legal and compliance work for diverse businesses and is a certified POSH (prevention of sexual harassment) trainer.
