Juris Corp will have a presence in Chennai when Hufriz Wadia, who recently joined the firm as a partner, moves there at the end of January. Wadia had been previously working in Dubai with Al Tamimi & Company, a law firm that has 10 offices across six countries in the Middle East. She has experience in banking and corporate law and dispute resolution.
Speaking with India Business Law Journal, Wadia said that Juris Corp had always intended to open an office in Chennai and “it just so happened that I came along at the right time”.
