JSA recently advised the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management in the listing of NMDC Steel on the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India.

NMDC Steel is a public sector enterprise that is primarily owned by the Indian government and administered by the Ministry of Steel.
Earlier, JSA had represented the government in the demerger of an iron and steel plant from NMDC Limited to NMDC Steel Limited, which houses the steel manufacturing facility of NMDC Limited.
