Jingtian & Gongcheng has added two new partners, Sun Pengcheng and Wang Huan, to bolster services in the firm’s Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen offices.
Sun, who will be based in Shanghai and Shenzhen, brings expertise in dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, M&A and PE/VC. His practice focuses particularly on real estate and construction projects.
He currently serves as an arbitrator for the seventh Shanghai Arbitration Commission. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Sun was director at the Changsha branch of DeHeng Law Offices and was a Shanghai-based senior partner at AllBright Law Offices.
Wang, who previously worked as a partner at Han Kun Law Offices, will be based in Beijing and specialises in handling PE/VC, investment, M&A and capital market matters.
