Jingtian & Gongcheng has strengthened its dispute resolution capabilities with the addition of new partner Kwan Chi Ho in its Hong Kong office.
Kwan, who practised at Akin Gump and Latham & Watkins, specialises in cross-border dispute resolution in Asia and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an arbitrator of the HKIAC.
As a solicitor in Hong Kong, Kwan has represented clients in litigations involving debt enforcement proceedings, injunctions and disclosure orders, shareholders and joint venture disputes. He liaises regularly with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Competition Commission, and can provide legal advice on regulatory and disciplinary investigations.
