Jingtian & Gongcheng has added Jiang Jiaxi as a partner in Beijing.
Jiang joined from Jurisino Law Group, where he was the founding partner of the firm. Qualified to practice in China, New York and Ontario, he has a wide range of practices, including corporate governance, M&A, antitrust, export control and anti-dumping investigations. Jiang also acted as an expert counsel to the Ministry of Commerce for the negotiations on China’s terms of membership in the WTO and has extensive experience in academia.
