Clare Lee joined Jingtian & Gongcheng’s Hong Kong office as a partner with expertise in dispute resolution to expand the law firm’s business in this area in the city.
She has previously worked as a government consultant with Hong Kong law firm Kao, Lee & Yip. She has also represented many clients in initiating liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings, and advised liquidators on various Hong Kong and cross-border liquidation matters. Lee’s other major practice areas include commercial disputes and arbitrations, land and building management disputes, regulatory investigations and judicial review.
