Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel with extensive experience in IP litigation, trademark and copyright law. Join a dynamic team setting up a robust UK&EU IP/litigation department, working closely with the Global General Counsel.
Job Requirements
- To excel in this role, you must be EU qualified and have 9 – 15 years of legal practice, ideally with valuable in-house experience.
- Expertise in trademark/copyright litigation will be highly valued, and familiarity with the internet and technology sectors is a significant advantage.
