Job Description
Our client, a Hong Kong capital markets team spread across Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, is seeking a 1-3 PQE International Legal Consultant to supplement a thriving operation. The team has extensive experience advising on Hong Kong IPOs and listings, pre-IPO financings, and post-listing compliance work.
Requirements
A US-qualified lawyer with 1-3 years’ relevant experience in the Hong Kong market is sought. You will have trained at a top-tier firm with a focus on capital markets. Excellent written communication and drafting skills are required. REF: 16483/VTA
