IndusLaw advised Gurugram-based Indian School of Hospitality when it sold a majority stake to Swiss higher education company Sommet Education as part of a strategic alliance between the two companies.
Khaitan & Co advised Sommet Education. The deal, which was announced on 24 August, allows for the entry into India of culinary and pastry school École Ducasse, and hospitality business school Les Roches.
