Hylands Law Firm has hired senior partner Sun Yujun to join the Shanghai office, boosting its real estate and construction practice.
Sun was formerly a partner at Grandall Law Firm, a City Development Law Firm senior partner, a Shiji Law Firm partner, and legal counsel of the China Construction Eighth Engineering Division and Dongyuan Group.
Having practised for 18 years, Sun focuses on investment, development, construction, transaction and dispute resolution in construction and real estate. He also participated in legislative work related to the national construction industry, including measures to standardise the management of construction and engineering project contracting.
