Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) has hired M&A and competition lawyer Nonnabhat (Niab) Paiboon as a corporate partner in Bangkok. Paiboon joined from Allen & Overy, where she was an associate and senior associate for more than 12 years in the Bangkok, Singapore and London offices.
