Technology and real estate lawyer Mark Bennett has relocated from Hong Kong, where he was a partner at Simon Reid-Kay & Associates for almost three years, to join the Sydney office of Hogan Lovells as a counsel.
Dual-qualified in Australia and Hong Kong, Bennett has been based in Asia since 2000 with more than 25 years of experience working with clients globally.
In the technology sector, Bennett focuses on procurement and outsourcing, telecoms, e-commerce, software and digital content licensing, IP acquisitions, and disposals and restructurings. He is experienced in real estate transactions across the globe, including leasing, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, construction, infrastructure and major projects, hospitality and leisure, as well as digital infrastructure and data centres.
