Job Description
An international law firm is actively looking to hire a HK IPO associate in its expanding team in Shanghai. The role will work closely with its Hong Kong office and work on high profile transactions. If candidates who have A-share capital markets experience but are interested to transfer to HK capital markets will also be considered. Native Mandarin and fluent English is required. Ref: 9034
Requirements
Ideal candidates must have a PRC qualification, and need to have gained prior experience from a leading law firm.
