Japanese engineering and electronics company Hitachi is acquiring India-based payment provider Prizm Payment Services. Hitachi has entered into share transfer agreements with all of Prizm’s shareholders, including Winvest Holdings, Sequoia Capital, Axis Bank and several other minority shareholders. When the deal is concluded it will own 100% of the company.
