Harshita Srivastava has joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co as a partner at the firm’s general corporate practice in Mumbai.
With more than 16 years of experience, Srivastava specialises in advising on private equity investments, exits, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She was also a member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Committee constituted in 2018 for the creation of the Innovative Growth Platform, aimed at facilitating the listing of startups in India.
Before joining SAM, Srivastava was a leader in the private equity and M&A practice at Nishith Desai Associates.
