Harman Walia has joined Anagram Partners as a partner in its corporate practice at the New Delhi office and will start from 1 February 2026.
His team – comprising counsel Sanjana Mathur, principal associate Tanmaya Negi, senior associate Aman Gupta and associate Aditi Sinha – will join him in New Delhi.
Walia and his team are adept at domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and corporate advisory work.
He has advised Indian and international clients across a wide range of sectors, including trading, consumer products, manufacturing, technology, energy and infrastructure, and hospitality.
At CMS IndusLaw, Walia rose up the ranks from senior associate to partner.
