Criminal expert Han Yang has joined the Beijing branch of Han Kun Law Offices as a partner.
Previously, Han was a partner at King & Wood Mallesons. She had worked in the procuratorate system of Beijing for more than 10 years, which gave her insight into dealing with criminal and administrative matters, including criminal defence, administrative hearings, overlapping of criminal and civil affairs, and criminal risk compliance. Han also has extensive practical experience in handling cases involving wealth management and corporate control struggles.
Han is a corporate compliance officer certified by the China Association for Small & Medium Commercial Enterprises. She has participated in drafting a standard for the effective evaluation of enterprise compliance management systems led by the China Enterprise Evaluation Association.
