Haiwen & Partners has welcomed Hallam Chow and Boya Shen as partners both in its Beijing and Hong Kong offices, bringing financing expertise in banking, M&A and project development to further enhance the firm’s capabilities.
Chow and Shen specialise in handling green finance, clean energy and significant infrastructure projects across countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative.
Chow’s language proficiency extends to fluent Mandarin, English, French, Cantonese and Shanghainese while Shen offers bilingual services in English and Chinese.
Previously, the pair were Beijing-based partners at Mayer Brown, where Chow was the head of China projects and Shen was the director of China projects.
