Former IP in-house counsel joins AnJie’s Shanghai office

AnJie Law Firm recently announced that Jerry Xia Feng has joined the firm’s Shanghai office. His IP and technology transactional experience will enhance the law firm’s capability in IP litigation and enforcement, trade secret protection, IP licensing, corporate IP strategy and management and government policy advocacy areas, both in China and Asia-Pacific region. He was listed by the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as an “IP expert” in the industry and information technology field.

Xia joined from Honeywell, where he had been its deputy general counsel & chief intellectual property counsel for Asia Pacific since 2007. Besides IP filing, prosecution and portfolio management, Xia also provided strong transactional support to Honeywell’s IP licensing activities, M&A due diligence & integration, and contract drafting & negotiation.
