Delaware-based Endurance International Group has acquired Directi Group’s web hosting and domain name registration business for US$110 million.
Endurance provides cloud-based solutions for small and medium-sized businesses and helps them establish, manage and expand their enterprises. It has offices around the US as well as in Florianopolis in Brazil and Mangalore in India. Directi, which has offices in China, India and the UAE, develops and sells internet software products to the global market.
