Employee ordered to quit job due to non-compete obligation

The Taizhou Intermediate People’s Court reportedly affirmed a lower court ruling ordering an employee under a post-termination non-compete obligation to terminate her current employment – with a competitor of her former employer – and pay damages in the amount of RMB80,000 (US$13,000).
