Biswajit Chatterjee, a partner and former head of DLA Piper’s Singapore corporate finance practice and global co-head of its India practice, has joined Squire Patton Boggs’ Singapore office.
Chatterjee, an experienced dual-qualified Indian and US corporate lawyer, specializes in cross-border M&A and capital markets. His practice focuses on the technology, infrastructure, engineering, energy, real estate, retail and logistics industries in India, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam.
