Job Description
Our client is one of the most prestigious UK law firms serving leading corporates, financial institutions, and government clients. Their corporate team in Hong Kong is hiring a Corporate Associate with 4 to 6 PQE to support the growing Greater China corporate practice. You will be responsible for advising and managing M&A, equity market transactions, regulatory compliance, and general corporate matters.
Job Requirements
- You must be a Common Law-qualified lawyer with an exceptional academic background with cross-border M&A experience from a leading international law firm.
