Job Description
Our client, an international law firm with a strong reputation working with emerging companies and venture capital funds, is looking for mid-level Corporate Associates to join their busy Singapore office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to join this innovative and forward-thinking group.
Requirements
Ideally, you are US-qualified (or prepared to undertake that study programme) with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained at top-tier firms specializing in M&A, especially private equity and venture capital investments. Excellent remuneration packages are on offer. REF: 16319/VTA
