Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a mid to senior-level M&A lawyer with solid public company compliance experience to join a highly regarded and award-winning team where you will have exposure to a diverse and impressive client portfolio.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years’ experience in handling Hong Kong-listed company compliance and public M&A, along with “Biglaw” experience. Stellar academics and Hong Kong qualification required, as well as solid knowledge of listing rule compliance and takeover coding. In addition, you must have fluent English and Mandarin for the role.
