Singapore-based private equity fund manager Capital Square Partners is acquiring ESM Holdings, the holding company of the Aegis group, from AGC Holdings, a wholly owned portfolio company of Essar Global Fund.
Aegis is an outsourcing business solutions partner to global companies across sectors such as telecom, technology, media, banking, financial services, insurance, travel and logistics, retail and e-commerce.
Essar focuses on assets in the energy, metals and mining, infrastructure and services sectors.
