Job Description
This firm is seeking an experienced Associate to join their cyber and data privacy team based in Hong Kong. You will advise on all types of financial lines insurance, as well as data privacy and other regulatory obligations.
Job Requirements
- To be considered, you must be Hong Kong qualified with experience in managing financial lines insurance claims and commercial litigation.
- Experience in professional negligence claims defending or launching local regulatory investigations and defending regulatory proceedings is highly desirable.
- Fluent English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) skills are required. REF: 17051/VTA
