Job Description
A top-tier international law firm is looking for a commercially minded, client-focused, and self-motivated M&A Associate with 5-8 PQE who can thrive in a high-growth environment. Based in Singapore, you will work directly with clients to take a leading role on complex cross-border M&A and PE transactions while managing junior associates.
Job Requirements
- With excellent academics and top-tier US/UK law firm training, you will be Commonwealth or US qualified, with proven experience handling cross-border M&A transactions.
