Associate General Counsel – Insurance

Job Description
Offer legal advice and manage legal and compliance risks in the Company’s key channels, including Agency & Brokerage Handle litigation, and regulatory investigations, and ensure compliance within Distribution Channels.
Provide legal guidance for new business models and compensation structures related to strategic initiatives and special projects.
Support legal matters about new and existing commercial tenancies.
Job Requirements
• A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in the insurance, banking, securities industry, financial institutions, or financial service industry.
• Experience in managing legal risks within Distribution Channels, Direct Investment, or M&A is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Macau legislation would be considered a bonus.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills are required.
