AllBright Law Offices has been given approval from the Law Society of Hong Kong to establish a local practice in the firm’s second overseas office to open this year, with its Tokyo branch having started operations in March.
AllBright’s Hong Kong branch will provide capital markets, corporate compliance, cross-border M&A, real estate, employment immigration, private equity, competition law, intellectual property, dispute resolution, high-end private client family matters, family office and other services to clients in mainland China and Hong Kong.
Despite the establishment of the Hong Kong branch, AllBright will maintain its association with Stevenson Wong & Co.
