Alpha Partners has merged with Fox & Mandal and brought on board its entire team.
Akshat Pande, the firm’s managing partner, has joined Fox & Mandal as a partner and head of the corporate practice.
With the merger, the firm has 18 partners, 55 lawyers, three offices in India (two in Kolkata and one in New Delhi), and an international office in Dubai, UAE.
With a history of 125 years, Fox & Mandal is a full-service law firm headed by managing partner Debanjan Mandal and has its main office in Kolkata.
Before the merger, Alpha had offices in New Delhi and Dubai.
