Dear Editor,
I read the July/August issue of India Business Law Journal and in particular, the article entitled Bypassing the courts, with personal interest. The article was on a subject which has always been close to my heart – arbitration. Having practised international arbitration in London and being a keen follower of arbitration developments in India, I must say that the article was very well researched and at the same time succinctly drafted. It covered almost all the burning issues which are faced by a party enforcing an award in India. I also liked the subtle way in which the article highlighted the usefulness and emergence of arbitral institutes in India. I found the article factual and devoid of any bias.
