What a fantastic February 2016 issue! While I would admit I generally have a “short attention span”, I actually read the issue cover to cover. Some great features – the views in Spotlight (Funds in flux) were very insightful; What’s the deal? presented a cautionary tale of how things can go wrong with large-scale cross-border M&A, and how the fortunes of a promising economy and industry could fluctuate so much in less than half a decade. The Intelligence report on India Business Law Journal’s Indian Law Firm Awards only confirmed our own views of the deep expertise and breadth of experience of many Indian law firms that we work with.
