Rajanala Yella Reddy has joined TLH Advocates & Solicitors as a partner at the firm’s Vijayawada office, strengthening its presence across the city and Amaravati in Andhra Pradesh state.
With more than two decades of experience, Reddy advises clients on litigation and dispute resolution, real estate, employment and labour law, and general corporate advisory. He has represented clients before the high courts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, the National Company Law Tribunal, the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, the VAT Appellate tribunal, consumer courts, and civil and criminal courts in matters involving constitutional, commercial, contractual, arbitration, revenue, debt recovery and intellectual property law.
Reddy has served as standing counsel for Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and currently represents the University Grants Commission. He is also empanelled with NBCC (India), Equitas Small Finance Bank and mining company KIOCL before the high court of Andhra Pradesh.
