Sanjit Nagarkatti, the former GC of Ola Electric, has joined Economic Laws Practice (ELP) as a partner in its Bengaluru office, while Sukirti Singh has also come onboard as an associate partner.
“I am looking forward to contributing to and expanding ELP’s service offerings in Bangalore and for the firm at large. Having spent my entire career as an in-house counsel, I am excited about this new chapter with a forward-looking firm,” said Nagarkatti.
Nagarkatti brings more than 32 years of experience in various areas such as corporate governance, consulting, litigation and environmental management.
He has worked at companies including UB Group, Vodafone, Dow Chemical, Syngenta and Johnson & Johnson, and has significant experience as in-house counsel.
