Abhiraj Arora has joined Saraf and Partners in the securities and regulatory practice.
Prior to his current position as a partner, Arora worked as an associate partner at Economic Laws Practice, following an eight-year tenure at the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
With a robust record of representing clients in diverse forums such as the stock exchange, the SEBI, the securities appellate tribunal and high courts, Arora can skilfully navigate the intricacies of the securities domain.
With the addition of Arora, Saraf’s partnership count now stands at 39, with more than 250 employees in branches in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
