Han Kun Law Offices has bolstered its capabilities in general corporate matters and finance with the addition of new partner Bonnie Yung, a former partner at Mayer Brown.
Yung was formerly a partner at Paul Hastings before joining LC lawyers, a law firm member of the global network of EY, one of the Big Four, as a partner in 2019. After two years, she transitioned to Mayer Brown, where she led the corporate and securities business team as a partner.
Yung has more than 20 years of experience in areas including M&A, domestic and overseas capital markets, compliance and investigations. Her expertise spans multiple industries including information technology, real estate, financial services, manufacturing, retail and mining.
