Shook Lin & Bok has expanded its corporate real estate practice with the appointment of Kenneth Szeto and John Tan as partners, as well as hiring their team of associates and paralegals.
Bringing a wealth of experience, Szeto and Tan have a strong track record in handling diverse transactions within Singapore’s commercial, industrial and residential property sectors.
Szeto specialises in the real estate alternates sector, with a focus on co-working and co-living spaces and self-storage facility assets. His expertise extends to secured real estate financing, catering to both lenders and borrowers. “Shook Lin & Bok has grown to be one of the largest full-service premier law firms in Singapore. We look forward to working closely with our esteemed colleagues to bring our offering to the next level,” he said.

His expertise includes co-living, co-working, high-tech agricultural, hospitality, manufacturing, medical, aviation and self-storage assets.
The firm aims to strengthen its full-service offerings in real estate transactions, advisory and dispute resolution.
