Dispute resolution specialist Stan Cheung has joined DeHeng Law Offices in Hong Kong, becoming the first partner to join since its merger with associate firm, Chungs Lawyers, in March.
Cheung, who previously practised at Reynolds Porter Chamberlain, specialises in cross-jurisdictional commercial disputes and applications for the enforcement of court judgments or arbitral awards from the mainland or overseas within Hong Kong courts. He handles internal regulatory investigations and provides legal responses to external regulatory inquiries from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Securities and Futures Commission and the HKEX.
