Jingtian & Gongcheng has expanded its team with the addition of three partners, Carine Chen, Kelly Lin and Zhao Yong in the Guangzhou, Shanghai and Hangzhou offices, respectively.
Chen, formerly a partner at GFE Law Office, has more than 20 years of practice experience. She specialises in capital markets, investment, M&A, foreign direct investment, and corporate and commercial law. She has acted as lead counsel for 30-plus companies listed on overseas bourses.
Previously a partner at AllBright Law Offices, Lin is well-versed in investment, M&A, litigation and foreign direct investment. Her expertise extends to advising foreign, private and state-owned enterprises on various aspects of their daily operations, governance structure, and compliance. Lin’s clients’ industries, including semiconductors, medical devices, the internet and artificial intelligence.
Zhao, formerly a partner at DeHeng Law Offices, brings knowledge in investment and financing, securities, compliance and cross-border business. He has experience in ownership reform, restructuring and listing. He can also provide legal services in the areas of investment introduction, outbound investment, acquisitions, export control and cross-border business.
