Varun Mowar will take over as director and head of the investigations and governance advisory for DMD Advocates.
Mowar’s career spans more than 20 years of forensic and compliance risk engagements in India, the US and other countries at Alvarez & Marsal, KPMG and Adobe.
He has conducted many large and complex investigations in India for corporate clients as well as worked with some of the largest institutional investors and law firms.
Vijayalakshmi Menon, founder and senior partner at DMD Advocates, said Mowar’s unique skill set will be of immense value for clients since managing governance risks is a top priority for businesses.
