Rohit Garg, formerly an associate partner at DMD Advocates, is Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co’s latest addition to the partners list.
Garg has more than 16 years of experience in tax litigation, representing clients before prestigious judicial bodies, including the Supreme Court of India, various high courts, income tax appellate tribunals, and other income tax authorities and forums.
He has provided valuable guidance to Indian and multinational groups on complex tax issues and compliance matters.
Garg’s work has been featured in Taxsutra, ITR, CTR, Taxman, and ITD. He has also been appointed as one of the distinguished writers on the “Panel of Eminent Writers” established by Taxman.
